Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Precision Assure LLC (d/b/a PA Medical Supplies) collects, why, and what rights you have over it. It is written to be readable; where specific legal language is required it's in the relevant section.

What we collect

• Order information: name, shipping address, email, order contents. Required to fulfill an order.
• Payment information: processed exclusively by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — only the last 4 digits and card brand for receipt reconciliation.
• Usage data: pages viewed, referrer, approximate location (city-level), device type, and similar. Collected via Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Plausible. Used in aggregate to improve the site.
• Cookies: session cookie to keep your cart, analytics cookies for the services above, and a preference cookie if you close our exit-intent modal. See the cookie table at the bottom of this page.

How we use it

• To fulfill orders, communicate about orders, and handle returns.
• To send review-request emails 10 days after delivery. You can opt out at any time.
• To send abandoned-cart recovery emails if you begin checkout and don't finish.
• To improve the site (aggregate usage analytics).
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, dispute resolution).

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with third parties except the sub-processors below, each of which is contractually bound to use your data only to provide the service they're delivering to us.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, request correction of any of it, or request that we delete it (subject to tax and accounting retention obligations). Email support@pamedicalsupplies.com — we reply within 30 days.

If you are in California, the CCPA gives you additional rights including the right to opt out of "sale" of your information. We don't sell it, but if you'd like us to suppress analytics tracking entirely, email us and we'll flag your account.

Data retention

Order records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Analytics events are retained for 14 months. Abandoned-cart records are purged 90 days after abandonment if not recovered.

Security

Traffic is served over TLS. Database rows are encrypted at rest. We rotate API keys on a regular schedule and principle-of-least-privilege applies to all sub-processor integrations.

Children

The site is intended for business purchasers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, we'll email recent customers.
