We stand behind what we ship. If something's wrong with your order, we fix it — most of the time without you needing to send anything back.

Non-returnable items
Opened case packs, custom case-pack orders, and hazardous-materials SKUs (if we ever list them) are non-returnable. If you're unsure whether a SKU is returnable, ask before ordering.

What is the return window?
30 days from the delivery date, confirmed by carrier tracking.
What condition must returned items be in?
Unopened, unused, in the original case pack and manufacturer packaging. Opened case packs are non-returnable due to medical-supply chain-of-custody expectations.
Who pays return shipping?
If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong SKU, we cover return shipping and send a replacement at our cost. For buyer-remorse returns (the product is as described but you changed your mind), buyer pays return shipping.
How do I start a return?
Reply to your order confirmation email or email support@pamedicalsupplies.com with your order number and the SKU(s) you want to return. We issue an RMA within one business day.
When do I get my refund?
Refunds post to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of our warehouse receiving the return. Stripe may take another 1–2 business days to show on your statement.
What if the package arrived damaged?
Photograph the damage before opening if possible, then email us within 48 hours of delivery. We file the carrier claim on our side and ship a replacement immediately — no need to wait for the carrier investigation.
