- $9.95 flat ground under $99 within the continental US

- Pallet freight: arranged via email, quoted before charge
Transit times
Ground transit from Fort Lauderdale is 1–2 business days to the Southeast, 3–4 to the Midwest and Northeast, and 4–5 to the West Coast. Expedited options are available at checkout if you need it faster.

How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 1pm ET on business days ship the same day. Orders after 1pm ship the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday from Fort Lauderdale, FL.
How much does shipping cost?
Free ground shipping on orders over $99 within the continental US. Below $99, a flat $9.95 ground rate applies. Expedited (2-day and Next Day) is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?
Yes. Free shipping minimums do not apply — rates are calculated live at checkout based on the carrier quote. If your shipping quote looks unusually high, email support before placing the order and we can often find a better rate.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. We ship to the 50 US states, DC, and US territories. For Canadian buyers: we occasionally arrange freight on case-pack quantities — email us.
Which carriers do you use?
UPS Ground and USPS Priority for standard orders. Freight via common carrier (R+L, Old Dominion, FedEx Freight) for pallet-sized orders. Signature required on orders over $500 by default.
Can I get tracking?
Yes. A tracking number emails automatically once your label prints, typically within 30 minutes of our warehouse cutoff. If you need tracking sent to a different email (for example, a facility procurement inbox), reply to your order confirmation.
