By placing an order with PA Medical Supplies (Precision Assure LLC, a Florida limited liability company), you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

The site is intended for business purchasers ordering for lawful medical, dental, veterinary, laboratory, or facility-operations use. You represent that you are 18+ and authorized to make the purchase on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We may revise pricing at any time; price changes do not affect orders already placed.

Placing an order through our site is an offer; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for reasons of pricing errors, inventory availability, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. If we decline an order, we refund any charges in full.

Shipping and risk of loss

Orders ship FOB our warehouse in Fort Lauderdale, FL unless otherwise agreed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier pickup; however, we file transit-damage claims on your behalf — see shipping policy.

Product information

We provide specifications and dimensions in good faith, sourced from manufacturers. Minor variation in pack count, color, or printing may occur between production runs. Products are sold for their stated intended use; it is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm suitability for a specific clinical or regulatory context.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision Assure LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
